PUUR Natuur Nervo 50 ml

PUUR Natuur Nervo has been specially developed to support your animal in acute situations involving loud noises that it finds stressful. This includes, for example, loud noises from fireworks or thunderstorms. PUUR Nervo contains a combination of different soothing herbs that can help your animal with loud noises.

The great advantage of PUUR Nervo is that it does not sedate or weaken your dog, cat or horse because it contains no chemical ingredients and has a composition of various herbs. Your animal therefore remains alert, approachable and trainable.

Composition: Avena sativa, Passiflora incarnata, Humulus lupulus, Rosmarinus officinalis

Dosage:
Unless otherwise prescribed by a vet or therapist, twice daily
Horse 20 – 30 drops
Dog 10 – 15 drops
Cat 5 – 10 drops

1 ml = 20 drops

Shake well before use.

If it is difficult in practice to administer this product several times a day, once a day or once every 2 days is sufficient. In that case, give the maximum daily dose. This product will still be effective, but the reaction may take a little longer.

Upon improvement, a maintenance dosage can be started. This is usually half of the dosage indicated on the packaging. When dosing PUUR Nervo, observe the animal's reaction carefully. Initially, a higher dosage may be necessary; this product can be safely given in a double dosage. Gradually reduce the dosage upon improvement to the lowest possible dosage.

With some dilutions and extracts, a short-term aggravation may occur at the start of treatment. This means that the animal is responding to the product. If there is a severe increase, halve the dosage or stop temporarily and then gradually build up again.

Administration:
Administer this product directly into the mouth with a plastic syringe, possibly diluted with a little water. Preferably not at the same time as a meal, as the product works better when absorbed by the clean oral mucosa.

If an animal does not like the product, the drops can be given on a small treat.

Duration of treatment
In an acute situation, the duration of treatment is relatively short. This can vary from a few days to 3 weeks. If there is an improvement, continue administering this product for a few more days. In case of chronic discomfort, the effect is usually visible after 1 to 3 weeks.

This product can be given continuously. It is advisable to have a break week every 6 to 8 weeks. This way, the 'stimulus' can be offered again after the break week. Resume treatment immediately if there is a reason to do so.

Interaction and contraindication
Always use during pregnancy and lactation in consultation with the attending veterinarian. To date, no side effects of this product are known or have been reported.

Storage
Avoid direct sunlight and store this product dry and at a temperature between 5-20 °C. Keep out of reach of children. The expiry date is stated on the label and the box.
