Raspberry leaf, birch leaf, hazelnut leaf, dandelion leaf, nettle leaf and plantain leaf.

Raspberry leaf

Raspberry leaf is especially known for its beneficial effects on the uterus and pelvic muscles. The leaf contains many tannins (up to 10%), vitamin C and minerals. Raspberry leaf also has a cleansing, relaxing and immune-boosting effect.

Birch leaf

Birch leaves have a very good effect on the bladder and kidneys. The herb supports good bladder flushing and keeps the urine at a correct pH value. Birch leaf is a recommended herb for almost all rheumatic complaints, it helps keep joints flexible and supports healthy skin.

Hazelnut leaf
