Renske Fresh Meat Lamb Grain-Free

Some dogs are intolerant or allergic to grains. Three-quarters of the protein from grains consists of gluten. The protein gliadin is found in gluten. Gliadin causes problems such as allergies in dogs. All grains contain gluten, but only the gluten from wheat, barley and rye contains gliadin. Seeds from oats, millet, rice, corn, sorghum and teff are also considered grains to a greater or lesser extent. However, these do not cause allergies because the gluten does not contain the protein gliadin. The so-called pseudo-grains like quinoa, amaranth and buckwheat are also gluten-free. Renske Fresh Lamb Grain-Free is a complete pet food for dogs.

This product is GRAIN-FREE and therefore also gluten-free. All our products are gluten-free and some dry foods are also grain-free.

The tender lamb in this grain-free product is freshly steamed and sealed. We do this for shelf life. The process is similar to how human food used to be preserved in canning jars.
This extends the product's shelf life, without having to compromise on the safety and quality of the fresh lamb.
The seal (transparent film layer) is applied under vacuum, which minimizes the amount of oxygen in the tray. This limited exposure to oxygen also helps to maintain product quality for a long time.
All our ingredients are suitable for human consumption.
